For restaurants

Turn a slow Tuesday into a regular's table.

A digital loyalty card that rewards the visits that fill your quiet nights — no POS integration, no app for your guests to download.

Your weekends don't need help. Your Tuesdays do.

  • A packed Friday can carry a restaurant for a week — but a room that's half full on a Tuesday night is lost revenue that never comes back.
  • The guests who'd happily eat with you midweek often just haven't thought of you first — a generic coupon gets lost, a stamp that lives in their Wallet doesn't.
  • A table of four splitting one card and one bill still has to count as a visit — the mechanic can't fall apart just because it wasn't a solo diner.

One card, every table, every night that needs it.

01

Set your stamp count and reward

Decide how many visits earn a free appetizer, a dessert, or a menu item — a few minutes to set up.

02

A tap or scan at the table or the till

The guest paying taps their phone or scans a QR code — the whole table's visit counts as one stamp, no matter the party size.

03

Ruffus brings them back on your slow nights

Automatic reminders and win-back messages go out in the guest's own language — timed to the visits and lapses you're actually trying to fix.

Runs from the till you already have

No POS integration to configure — a tap or a QR scan at checkout is the whole flow. Front-of-house staff approve stamps and redemptions from a PIN-protected terminal on any phone, so a manager isn't the bottleneck on a busy pass.

Before you ask

Do I need to connect this to my POS?

No. Ruffus runs standalone — tap or scan at the till and the stamp is added, no integration required.

What if a table of six only has one card between them?

That's normal — one person taps or scans for the table, and the visit counts as a single stamp. The card belongs to whoever's holding it, not to a seat count.

Will my servers need training?

The tap itself takes seconds and needs no explanation. Approving a redemption is one PIN entry on a phone your staff already carries.

Questions restaurants ask

Can I run a different offer on slow nights?

You control the reward and the stamp count, so you can build the card around the nights you most want to fill rather than a flat weekly average.

Does this work for both dine-in and takeout?

Yes — a tap or QR scan works the same whether the guest is sitting down or picking up an order at the counter.

What if a regular hasn't been in for a few weeks?

Ruffus can reach out automatically when a regular lapses, in their own language, before they settle into a different weeknight habit somewhere else.

Can I see which nights my loyalty members actually come in on?

Your dashboard shows visit activity over time, so you can see whether the card is actually pulling people in on the nights you built it for.

Do guests need an app to see their card near the restaurant?

No. Once a guest adds their card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, it shows up on their lock screen when they're near your door — nothing to install, nothing to allow, while they're still deciding where to eat.

Fill the room on the nights that need it.
