Yes — 14 days of full access to your chosen plan, no card to start. Your 14 days begin at your first real stamp, not at signup, so nothing runs down while you set up. Cancel before it ends and you pay nothing. A card is needed only before your NFC tap cards ship — it covers the tap cards, never a subscription.
Your NFC tap cards. The cards stay ours and stay with you for as long as you run a program — no rental, no charge. If you ever stop, we email a prepaid label and you drop them in the mail; that is the whole exit. A card that never comes back, or comes back damaged, is $20 each. The card on file is never charged for a subscription you did not pick.
If you cancel, your merchant data stays accessible until the end of your current billing period, then enters a 30-day grace window with one reminder email. After that, it's permanently removed or anonymized in line with our privacy policy.
No. Billing is monthly and you can cancel anytime from the billing portal.
Yes, at any time from Billing in your dashboard. Switching to annual takes effect immediately (prorated); switching back to monthly takes effect at the start of your next billing period.
Pick a plan to keep going. We never auto-charge without a card on file — but if the trial ends without one, stamping and redemption pause immediately until you add a payment method. Your cards, members, and data are preserved.
Yes. The Shopify app connects the store you already have, and it is included with your Ruffus plan at no extra cost — online orders stamp the same card your counter does. It is not sold separately: you run Ruffus from ruffus.app and add Shopify to it, not the other way round.
No. Your staff runs the counter station on a phone or tablet you already own, and every store ships with 2 NFC tap cards plus a printable QR poster. There is nothing to plug in and no POS to buy.
